This includes Wire Transfer, ACH, Capital Markets Operations, Treasury Customer Support and others, as the need arises. Needs arise during peak times of the month or year, during system conversions and when additional help is needed. A Bank Operations Specialist may also work on projects and must consistently look for process improvement initiatives. The incumbent must be knowledgeable about the many departments and job functions throughout the Division.Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; overtime as neededEducation: 2 year College Degree or equivalent experience preferredQualifications:- 2 - 4 years financial services experience- Ability to work any shift, such as 1st, 3rd or weekends, as required- Proficiency in Excel/Word required- 10-key by touch - Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy - Ability to work independently and perform varied assignments with frequent distractions- Ability to resolve complex problems and make decisions- Strong time management and communication skills- Knowledge of Deposit Operations is preferred
