We are looking for a Digital Analytics Manager who will manage all aspects of the Hallmark.com analytics program. This position is responsible for the analytics platform and operation that delivers shopper insights to improve acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention to Hallmark digital touch points (web & mobile) and to retail stores. This position requires a seasoned analytics leader with deep digital-specific expertise in several key areas: digital analytic strategy, analysis skills for digital-centric platforms, digital analytic architecture, optimization and A/B testing, analytics coding and implementation, team management, vendor management, and employee development.

WHO WE ARE:

The role is part of the Retail Omnichannel Marketing team. The Retail Marketing team is a dynamic team delivering strategies and tactics for retention and acquisition of consumers to Hallmark Gold Crown and Hallmark.com. The team works on the entire range of marketing activation activities including direct to consumer, digital, social, and website. The team uses a range of technologies and tools, including the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to deliver impactful and innovative marketing.

THE DIGITAL ANALYTICS MANAGER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Data Architecture & Integrity:

  • Manage and maintain digital data architecture (data layer, tag management systems, analytics platform) for hallmark.com

  • Ensure integrity of digital channel data across Hallmark systems, partnering internally

  • Collaborate with development teams to improve and maintain site performance (page download time, etc.) via data architecture

Analytics Implementation:

  • Manage implementation and coding of all digital analytics for both new and ongoing programs, this includes serving as subject matter expert in the development of technical requirements for new projects to enable the measurement of KPIs

  • Provide guidance and governance on standard operating procedures to drive towards more consistent approach on digital analytics

A/B and Multivariate Testing Program:

  • Leads the organization, governance and implementation of Hallmark.com’s optimization practice (A/B testing, etc.)

Knowledge sharing:

  • Develop comprehensive training and knowledge sharing for digital analytics to help create data-driven SMEs in the organization

  • Develop, implement and share best practices for analyzing user behavior, interpreting metrics and developing shopper insights.

  • Partner within Hallmark and externally on systems, tools, data and analysis needed for holistic consumer insights across businesses, channels and consumer lifetime

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following is required to be considered for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 8+ years in a digital analytic role with experience including: digital analytic strategy, analysis in key digital-centric platforms, digital analytic architecture, optimization and A/B testing, coding and implementation, team management and employee development

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Vendor management experience

  • Mobile and Omnichannel analytics experience in a retail environment

  • A/B and multivariate testing experience

  • Knowledge of scripting and analytics coding
